Welcome To Ely Decorative and Fine Arts Society

We have a reputation for being a small, friendly society with currently 192 members, meeting once a month for nine months (September - November, January - June) for illustrated lectures on arts related topics.

We are very happy to welcome new members or guests. Parking is free and within the grounds of The Kings School, Ely. Just turn up on the night and you will be assured of a warm welcome. A guest fee of £5 per lecture is charged at the door. Meetings start promptly at 7.30pm and usually last for 1 hour. Coffee and home-made biscuits are served immediately after each talk. A chance to get to know society members in an informal setting.

Illustrated lectures are held on the third Thursday of each month at 7.30 pm.

Meetings are usually held at the Hayward Theatre, part of The Kings School, Ely. Occasionally Moreby Hall, also part of The Kings School Ely, is used. Members will be notified in advance.
